Please instruct your supplier to put your assigned CLIENT CODE on all boxes. This will serve as your shipping mark for your packages. Your client code is permanent and package/s without a client code will NOT be accepted at our China warehouse. Thank you!

Note: Please be advised that packages will be shipped through sea freight containers. Please make sure that items are well packaged for sea freight and have adequate protection. Kindly put fragile signs/stickers on all sides for items that are fragile and upright markers on machinery or sensitive items.

AIR CARGO 

Please ask your supplier to put your assigned client code on the box/parcel. This will serve as your shipping mark. Package/s without the Air Freight shipping label format (AIR+client code+our contact number) will not be accepted at our China warehouse. Thank you!

Note: If your supplier fails to put ‘AIR’ in the label, the package/s might be allocated to sea freight cargo, so please always instruct your supplier to put the correct shipping label format and client code. Thank you.

Instructions on Warehouse Delivery and Packaging:

Your supplier may deliver your packages to any of our China warehouses. Once accepted in any of our warehouses, our China personnel will issue a Waybill to the domestic courier used by your supplier. This will serve as proof that your packages were received in our warehouse. Please ask for a copy of the Waybill from your supplier and kindly send it to us via Facebook, Viber, Instagram (whichever you prefer). 

Please be reminded to always instruct your supplier of proper and secure packaging of your items to prevent any damages while in transit most especially for sea freights. Rest assured that our team will handle your package properly from China to Manila and hand it to you in good condition. 

Items should be packed accordingly depending on the type of freight. We would not be held liable for damages resulting from poor packaging and handling. Proper packaging and fragile signs should be on all sides of the boxes if needed. We are only liable for lost items and damages from storage here in the Philippines (subject to internal investigation).

To ensure your packages are packed properly, kindly request a photo of your packages from your suppliers before they ship out to our warehouse.
