SEA FREIGHT
How long is the lead time/ETA?
From the time it arrives in our China Warehouse, our current lead time for your shipment to arrive in our Manila Warehouse is 25 to 35 days under normal conditions. This includes transport shipping and customs clearance in China and in the Philippines.
*There are many factors that may affect shipping time. In such cases, necessary adjustments on shipping time shall be made and communicated.
What is the import process? How do I start?

Is there a minimum Cubic Meter (CBM)?
We have no minimum, but we have flat rates for small packages. However, any package that is below 0.01CBM, we suggest that you have it shipped through our Air Freight Service for faster shipping.
Are the rates all-in? No hidden charges?
Yes. We provide all in rates provided that the details given are accurate. Changes may occur if the actual size/weight of the item is different from the quoted one.
Where is your China and Philippine Warehouse?
We have 3 warehouses across China located in Yiwu, Shishi, Guangzhou. Our Philippine warehouses are located in Malabon and San Juan.
How do I track my package?
Once received in our China Warehouse, you may track your packages using the tracking code we’ve provided through our tracking page or through this link: angkatph.com/trackyourpackage
Can you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Currently we provide free shipping for items 3CBM and above within Metro Manila (20KM from our Malabon warehouse). For shipments outside of Metro Manila, please get in touch with our customer service for us to send you a quotation.
Proper packaging for sea freight?
Please be reminded that items should be packed for Sea Freight. Please ask your supplier to use sturdy boxes, put fragile stickers, use fillers, and if possible encase boxes with crates/pallets (recommended for highly sensitive and fragile items). Items should be packed accordingly. We would not be held liable for damages resulting from poor packaging and handling.
What are the prohibited items?
- Ukay, Bale, OEM, Pre Loved Items, Replicas
- Live Plants and Animals
- Frozen Goods
- Fake, Counterfeit, Clones of Brand Items
- Real Gold
- Luxury Items
- Copyrighted/Patented items/Intellectual Property
- Raw Items such as Garlic, etc.
- Some Chemical
- Illegal substances
- Flammable, Corrosives
- Guns and gun parts, etc.
Prohibited items are not allowed and our China warehouse will NOT ACCEPT it.
What is your maximum weight per CBM?
Our weight limit is 500KG/CBM. If more than 500KG/CBM, overweight charge will be applied (Ph25/kg).
*Ph25 x excess overweight = Overweight charge
What is a Client Code?
Once you will avail our freight service, we will assign each client their own unique client code. This will serve as your shipping label for all your shipments. Please ask your supplier to put the Client Code on all boxes. Our warehouse will not accept packages without a client code/shipping label. For more instructions, please click here.

What happens if my goods are damaged/lost?
In such cases, our team will first conduct an investigation. If the damage happened under our care, we will compensate the client with the total invoice amount of the item that was damaged or lost.
Items should be packed accordingly. We would not be held liable for damages resulting from poor packaging and handling. Please be reminded that items should be packed for Sea Freight. Please ask your supplier to use sturdy boxes, put fragile stickers, use fillers, and if possible encase boxes with crates/pallets (recommended for highly sensitive and fragile items). We are only liable for lost and damaged items from storage here in the Philippines.
AIR FREIGHT
How long is the lead time/ETA?
Current lead time is 5-7 days (China warehouse to Manila Warehouse).

Do you have minimum KG for Air freight?
Minimum is 1 kilogram.
How do you compute the rate for Air freight?
For Air freight, rates are computed per KG.
*Rate (depending on item) x total KG = Total air freight shipping rate
RMB Pabayad Service
What are the fees involved?
No extra and hidden fees. We will only base on our current exchange rate of RMB-PHP at the time of request.
What is the process? How do I start?
- Message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram regarding your transaction with the following details:
- Total RMB price to be paid
- RMB Bank Account (Bank name, Branch, Account name, Account number)
- We will send you a quote with the exchange rate (PHP-RMB rate varies on a daily basis)
- Upon agreement of the provided rate – please fill up this form to finalize transaction.
- Transfer PHP to our PHP bank accounts and send the PHP deposit slip to us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram or Viber +63 917 505 3696) for verification.
- We will send the RMB to your provided RMB account (lead time: 1 to 3 days upon receipt of PHP).
- RMB Deposit slip will be provided to your provided email/messenger after the wire transfer.
How fast can you send the RMB?
Normally 1 – 2 banking days upon request and receipt of PHP amount. Processing time depends on the stock of RMB and time of request.
What are the advantages and benefits of using your RMB payment service?
You can save up to 10% by paying your suppliers in local currency (RMB). No wire transfer fees and no hidden charges. We’ll remit directly to your RMB receiving account.
What details do I need to provide for my supplier to receive RMB?
Please provide the following details: RMB amount, RMB Bank Account (Bank name, Branch, Account name, Account number.
What document will you provide to prove the RMB has been received/deposited?
Once transaction is successful, we will provide the RMB deposit slip as proof of transfer.
